I m sorry but I have to disagree with some of the ratings here please give sometimes to the place you live-in before you rate..! Thanks. I have been at the Skyline Towers for 2 years now and everything is not fine and it got worse for the past 5-months:
- they are having a MICE problem in the apartments, last week on 08/03/2009 the staff caught two mice in the unit and I took pics of them, every once in while they send us people to spray chemicals and nothing is working, MICE keep coming back if you need pic amusa_99@yahoo.com
- also by the gym area, it stinks because they always have DEAD RATS in the ceiling with horrible smell that forces you to walk around the building to get to your car.
- They are few POLICE reports were filed because some people broke into resident s cars while barked in their secure garage.

Please be honest with your rating, which is the only way to help each other when moving around

Totally agree. A bunch of us moved out as soon as we could (many even broke their leases to get out). MOVE OUT ASAP. IT ONLY GETS WORSE. When you give your notice to vacate, they will try to get you to prepay your final utility bill. DO NOT PREPAY ANYTHING!!!. They will try to keep your security deposit even when your final walk-through is clean. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CLOSE BY.
