Some of you people are so idiotic that it is not even funny! I AM NOT A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT and I AM NOT suggesting that the building does not have flaws. What i am saying is that it seems that "some" people are waisting alot of time posting what is wrong with the property. What in the hell are you doing to make it a better place to live'''''' when you see something on the floor, are you to good to pick it up''' if you see trash someplace wher it should not be, do you inform someone so that they can alert the cleaning staff. Thats what my three years of college would have me do. The immaturity of "some" who post on this site is ridiculous. I came to the site because after telling someone I lived here, they said that they saw some information on apartment ratings.com and so I came to look at it and was horrified at what I was reading because I had not had these experiences. What I am saying is that if you are thats dissatisfied with what is happening here, exert a little less time posting complaints and a little more time trying to better our property. And one last thing, while you say you are not racist I would direct your attention to the definition: The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others. So to say that "we all know that Middle Easterns are NOT known to have good hygiene". that is the most racist comment that I have heard particuliarly based on the definition of the word. I know some others in many races who don't exhibit the greatest of personal hygiene. As I said before please, please, please grow up!!!!!!!

I understand where you are going with this ebonyandivory, but the comment you made saying, "if I hated something as much as most of you say you hate living here it wouldn't matter to me how much it cost" doesn't relate to everyone. Not everyone is in the position, financially, to just up and leave a place and pay a large fee and perhaps ruin their rental history. When I moved in, this place didn't seem too bad. I knew it wasn't luxury, but it seemed clean and friendly. Now I know that for the most part, it's not too clean. However, I have a family and bills to pay. I'm not sure that I could risk moving out at whatever price. I'm sure there are many other people in the same boat. Now if my kids were in danger, then that's when I would risk it all and just leave. So I can understand other's reasons as to why they feel miserable living here. I've never had a problem with my apartment either. The building sucks because it's very dirty. I suppose some people just don't take pride in where they live. Especially a lot of the kids I've seen in my building. Barefoot, loud, and throwing their ice-cream wrappers and sticks on the floor. Another thing, I don't think people are being racist on this website, but we all know that Middle Easterns are NOT known to have good hygiene. Anyone I have ever seen destroying the building just happens to be Middle Eastern. A lady was walking down the hallways dropping chips and crumbs everywhere, then her child knocked the pringles out of her hand and they just walked away. So, the fact that those chips stayed in the hallway for 3 days, is what causes rats and roaches and crazy bugs!

This article is definitely written by someone who works for the apartment building. Like someone else said on this post, why would someone who is happy with their apartment and not thinking of moving out start browsing through Apartment Ratings? Even bigger, why would they post an article defending the place? We unhappy tenants waist our precious time on this website to warn others that are thinking of moving here (NOT TO) and we also share our bad experiences with one another. Now you on the other hand could only have one purpose and that purpose is to defend your Slum Landlord employer. Not all of us have the means to just pack up and move out the way you suggested. We have families to support, other financial responsibilities unlike you. Maybe once you graduate college and start living with more responsibilities in your life, you will understand.

Interesting that this scallywag says that we should "move on with your life", yet he/she defends a dump/slum that only 1 out of 4 recommends?! Now...I wonder why would anyone go to a web site that reviews apartments when he/she believes it's a fine place. Simply put, if one is happy with one's apartment does one really look it up on line? And if the answer is "Yes", then does one spend time answering and defending the building from the cornucopia of criticisms and general condemnations? One is left with the perverbial proverb..."Me Thinkst the Lady Protest too Much"...
