Parking for guests is only granted for four hours at a time, otherwise a twenty four hour pass will coast five dollars. Bad smell of garbage in the basment across from the gym. Watch out for your stuff while moving ... more

Maybe I'm just lucky because I haven't had a problem. My apartment is somewhat high up and it's beautiful. Also, I don't think it's expensive, especially for the DC metro area. You get what you pay for. I've never had ... more
