Where shall I start....
If you don't mind having children running in front of moving vehicles, out and about all times of the night, leaving trash all over the stairs, and in front of your door, this is a place for you. Do not be surprised if you stepped on chewed up gum, spit, and who knows what while walking to your apartment. Some of the children curse like a Sailor. Somedays you could watch the children bouncing balls to one another, but do not be surprise if the ball bounces off of your car several times.

If you like swimming, you may enjoy swimming in the pool. It should take you about 30 seconds to swim a lap, or maybe about 15 seconds without anyone else in the pool.

Merrifield does not tow cars anymore, but do not be surprise if you have a new ding every other day.

As for Management and Maintenance, that's the only positive thing Merrifield Commons has to offer. If there is any issues, they are willing to help.

The Apartments itself are nice. You do not have to worry about little rodents, or bugs running around.

Merrifield Commons actually would be nice place to live if certain individuals would watch their children, and stop letting them run free.
