This is a great place to view the wilds of Fairfax. You can smell the pungent flavors of different foods being cooked on the twenty illegal grills on your neighbors decks (in between their children's plactic mish-mosh of toys-but don't worry their bicycles have been thrown on either the walk way or your deck). They will then kindly leave the extras in bags on the curb or throw the chicken bones in the common yard. This provides lovely midnight entertainment, where you may be awakened by the five cat-sized rats who will be running out amongst the discarded food to chose the best pieces.
On weekends, locals will sit and drink beer on your car (if it has not been towed because you parked it too closely to the line or for some reason the blurry-eyed tow truckman didn't see your sticker with his pen flashlight at 2:00 in the morning) and yell heartrending encouragements about your figure as they aid their buddies in the repair of their '87 Cameros.

Is this a bad place to live''' No...come get a taste of Fairfax...and if you need childcare you can always drop your kid off at the illegaly run daycare next door!
