This place is not what it appears to be. Don't be fooled by the siding, the manicured lawns, the flowers, or the smiling faces at the front desk. Rather, I encourage you to focus on the trash, that often times doesn't make it into the dumpster. The children playing in the street, screaming, yelling obscenities, the lack of parenting, the absence of values, and the "want to be gangster" teenagers. It's a great place to live if you enjoy weird smells, the world largest TV tower emitting God only knows what kind of cancer causing agents, and centipedes. There's an endless amount of stray cats... so at least the rodent population is kept at bay. It's low income housing, I should say it's subsidized, so there's an endless amount of unhappy people... who make sure you are just as unhappy. People pulling fire alarms, vandalizing the property, peeing around cars, too lazy to carry the trash all the way to the dumpster, and demonstrate a lack of care for one another's cars. The staff is decent. The handymand is responsive, as is the outside cleaning lady. And, the management is okay... although they're never in the office. The best way to describe it is... it's ghettofabulous.
