This was my first apartment with a roommate away from my parents.. Oh my god i am moving back in with my parents and am sooo happy to! The people outside are nuts...They are a bunch of people hanging around drinking. I've called the cops on them, when they decided to start a fire next to my car!!! And haven't seen them again(but I would call the cops again)!
This car alarm goes off every 2 minutes starting at like 11pm when you're trying to sleep... And up just like everyone else said the people in the office are never there, and once they lost like 20 peoples rent checks and sent out eviction notices, i get a copy and have them sign my checks that they got them EVERY month!
I haven't had anything happen to my car but I don't really live here much I decide to stay at my boyfriend's where he has guns so no one messes with us... I would invest in a gun if i had to stay for awhile... Love VA gun laws :)
Good luck in apartment hunting hope you find one a LONG WAY AWAY FROM MERRIFIELD COMMONS!

Hi. I agree wholeheartedly with your review of our beautiful community, wait until Spring when the smell of dog crap from the drainage pond is really strong. I would like to invite you to post more observations on the RESIDENTS FORUM.
