We have lived here over two years now. The management has been on a fast decline. No managers in the office, and when there is your sure to get an attitude. Oh, yes , and how could we forget the infestation of termites. They continually rent out (the apt we used to live in) to unsuspecting renters. Also , at least in my building the sound is horrible. You get to here your neighbour opening cupboards, walking, making a cup of cofee, and most troubling using the "facicilties". The one good thing I can say is the maintance team is exceptional.
As I went to fill out the deposit section I was reminded that we will not be getting ours back. Seeing as we didn't keep our receipt from three years ago we lost that. Changes in policy have made paperwork inexplicably dissapper, resulting in broken agreements, and lost deposits. Furthermore safety is an issue. I have chased down a burglar myself consequently warning West Falls of the poorly lit dangerous areas, to which they did nothing.
Watching my neighbour go through what I went through inspired me to write this. I hope none of you go through the same.
