I moved here a year ago for its location. At the time, they had a killer discount going on, saving me several hundred a month. I wouldn?t have been able to afford the non-discount price.

I have had little to do with the management, but I think there are some things to point out.....

Since the first floors are half-underground, I think the first floors have some problems, such as termites, or one reviewers? plumbing problems. Second or third floors are better. I recommend the third floor,as I can hear every footstep while in my 2nd floor apartment. Other reviewers are right that the sound insulation is poor.

My apartment is decent (as apartments go), but there are some things I wished it had-- full-size W/D instead of small stackable, MUCH more storage space, Closet near the front door, upgraded thermostats (mine sometimes went crazy).

I haven?t had much problem with parking availability or safety, but the visitor?s lot is right on Rt. 7, and some cars there have been broken into. I've never had trouble finding a place to park, even later at night, but the spaces do fill up.

In summary, I do recommend the place, but only if you get a great discount and can get a 3rd floor apartment to reduce noise issues.
