Our year at West Falls was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was in good shape and the maintenance staff were prompt. While the better parking spots filled up later in the evening, there was always a place to park somewhere, including ample visitor parking for non-resident friends and family. The floor and ceiling creaked, sometimes quite loudly, when we or the neighbors moved around.
Overall, this was a good apartment. A little more expensive than I would have liked, but a good location. The 1.5-mile hike to the Metro is very easy, but not the nicest as it is almost all along VA-7.
