I'm a current resident and will renew my lease. I find the apartments to be fairly quiet. You can hear neighbors walking around, but I never hear talking or loud music in my building although other reviews have.
You have to also not mind dogs. LOTS of dog owners because there is a nice little dog run at the eastern end of the property. When it gets cold, watch out for crap in the yard, owners tend to get lazy about walking in the cold.
No parking issues at all, plenty of it and plenty for guests at the bottom of the hill.
We have a 2 bdrm with den. No leaks, sewage, or any other problems to speak of within the last 9 months.
Only downside...management is really unhelpful. The problem is that they are empowered to say 'no', not to say 'yes'. The place just recently sold and has a new regional mangement, so it may improve.
