A really nice apartment complex about to become unaffordable...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
We've lived here since 2002 and love it.
New ownership no new leases being executed only month to month current resident renewals upgrading units = the place is either going to go condo or rents will be raised 50-75%. Either way, a nice place that about 70-80% of current residents will no longer be able to afford.
