The condo company bought this place last fall and only last week did all residents (on Friday afternoon) receive a letter saying they are going condos. Of course, no information about lease, moving, condo price. They new this last year and would not tell any residents.
My biggest complaint has been noise. Music, tv, parties, talking, ANYTHING goes through the floors. The office responds to complaints and it usually takes a new resident a few complaints until they realize they need to be quiet.
The parking is great until everyone gets home from work. They tow as well.
They forced us on on month to month rent - meaning 0 stability.
The safety is good, but I wouldn't live on a ground floor as the windows/doors too exposed.
It's in good condition for an old apartment, but the minute you move in, you'll never see an upgrade.
My biggest complaints are the concealment of the condo move and the noise. Even children playing outside leaks into every window if you face any grassy area.
