I've lived here for the past 6 1/2 years. I go to work, come home, and sleep. When I started having problems with A/C, heat, or my washer/dryer (to name a few), is when I realized how incompetent these people that work here are. Everytime I have a problem they send over a lazy, loud mouth that tells me that he "fixed it and I shouldn't have anymore problems." Well guess, what it's a lie. See the way things work around here is if you have a problem you better deal with it yourself b/c no one here will, it would be obsurd of you to come here and expect that someone in that office will be any help to you at all. But then again, surprise, they're going condo so they don't have to deal with your crap.Noise has gotten so bad since the old lady next to me moved in, she has a little dog that barks all though the night and day, so you can see sleep has been a problem for me, which is #1 on my list.
overall the place is a nightmare, and the only reason why I'm still here is b/c it's a great location. Metro, mall, shopping cntrs are all near by. you don't have to travel much.
