Great Location - TERRIBLE management

The Oaks is located behind the Whole Food shopping center across from the Trade Joe's on route 7 right by the 66 and 495 entrance/exit. Location wise its pretty convenient!
The rental rates for what you actually get are pretty absorbitant (especially if you look into their rates for anything less than a year. If you have a problem with anything in the community or your unit - that they can't fix with a quick visit - you will be thrown into a black hole of excuses from top of the management all the way down to the peons that man the property office.
Trash overflows to ridiculous amounts at times (despite the "maintenance/disposal fees)
Much better alternatives in the 5 miles radius surrounding it!
