bad service terrible noise from 495

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I lived there until last july but then when they went for condo conversion the service got awful, there was too many people in charge and actually nobody working. I feel sorry for the new owners but the service personnel is very lazy and irresponsible ( with few exceptions.
the noise and air pollution from 495 is terrible!!!
