If you love Water Damage and Fraud, Tysons Glen is the place for you

It's simply awesome! Generally it is quite and accessible to the local attractions and markets. However, moving to the leasing office is quite cumbersome as no utility is provided for smooth travelling by the community

Repairs are not prompt and are not correctly done the first time. My neighbors are very noisy in the hallway all day and all night. There are mice and millipedes, I waited26 days for the exterminator to finally visit.

Solid construction and quiet. Well-kept grounds. Convenient to transportation connections. Staff works to be helpful. Maintenance staff is responsive. Good size pool open in summer. Fenced dog park on site. Multiple barbecue niches with seating.

Average enough community rent is rising significantly ever leasee renewal,the office staff is mediocre at best,they will send random emails with significant policy change and wont enforce any policy unless you harp on them

Beautiful and very nice community. Lots of common spaces, and the community feels very safe. It is also extremely easy to access public transit. The office and maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful, and always says hello when I am out walking.

I'm very happy with AJ Dwoskin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I'd really like is to equip the gym better. It's not good to have broken devices out there for years, that serve no purpose.

Love the community and the apartment. All the staff are friendly and polite. There are no problems with the parking space. The maintenance is always good and all the shared areas are nice and clean. I like my neighbors.

Not a friendly neighborhood. Buildings are run down. The non updated townhouses have old appliances. Staff is friendly but lack inter office communication with one another. Pet friendly is a plus and the enclosed dog run is neat.

Very pleased with responses to any issue I have had. Repairs have been promptly taken care of whether it be during regular hours or on the emergency line. Also, one issue I have had with another tenant was quickly resolved.

Good experience. Great staff!! Our apartnement looks brand new and is very cozy and nice! The view from the balcony is a very peaceful background of nature which makes the enviornment feel more calm and safe. We are happy to have found this place.

The office and grounds staff are amazing and very friendly. The community is very safe and I feel safe walking my pet late at night. Maintenance requests (big or small) are completed super fast! Love the dog park and pool.

The community is well kept and has numerous housing options to fit our needs including two bedroom town homes. The community is quiet and welcoming. And we love being able walk, swim, and use the public grills.

Quiet neighborhood. Good access to Route 7/495, fair amount of traffic but that's expected when you live here. Good value for the location. Staff is friendly and will fulfill requests quickly. Hoping to renew next year as long as rent increase is reasonable.
