I moved in last summer. I saw roaches right as I was unpacking. Of course the management didn't tell me there was an infestation. Also, they only let you see the "model" apartment which is much nicer and not bug infested. My neighbors have them. I have had a few quiet months due to the winter weather but my neighbors say they are still having problems. Management hires a pest control company to spray every week. But this place is not worth it. Besides the traffic on Leesburg Pike is pretty bad during rush hour. Don't move here. The price is low for the space but it's not worth it. I'm currently considering breaking the lease.
