lots of roaches. they will do pest control more than two times each year. you must move out all your kitchen stuff each time otherwise you will get fined. they will do sanity check at same time, you must meet their strict criterior otherwise you will get fined.
poor condition, pipe noise will wake you up at midnight.
poor management, during non-business hour, no matter how urgent it is, you can only leave a message. you don't know when they will come. maybe next weekend.
very inconvenient, only one dump site in the whole area. very far.
no guest parking.
