First floor corner unit. We have been here going on four years. Maintenance is top notch, rapid and courteous. The buildings are aging, hence the noise referenced in other reviews. But everything we have asked for, we have received almost immediately. After hours maintenace responds within minutes. The management and maintenance crew have lived & worked here for decades - such stability reflects well on the entire operation. We have had two STUPID responses from two different office staff, and hundreds of positive responses from all. I have seen four roaches in total. You will be hard pressed to find a better community for twice the price.
