OK, it's not the Ritz Carlton. The tenants are...'diverse', but are generally working class families who are courteous enough. Rent for the location is good and the front office is fantastic. I've put in a few maintenance requests and they are *always* done the same day. There is no odor as previously noted unless you get stuck with neighbors who cook the Pakistani dishes with the door open or something. I've been here for a year and I really have no complaints. It all depends on what you are looking for but if you want a nice place in a great location and you don't need to speak the same language as anyone in your building then you could do worse, much worse.
