My fianc and I lived here for 2 great years. We recently bought a home--which is the reason we moved out. Our apartment was in great shape, clean, NO ROACHES, and if anything went bad, maintenance was there the same day to fix it. The community stays on top of their pest control treatments, each building got treated on a routine schedule so that at the end of the year they have all been treated twice a year. The office staff is the friendliest we have ever come across, always courteous and ready to serve their residents. They have 24 hour man on call in case of lock outs or other emergencies. The community is nice and safe to take walks in the evening--lots of gorgeous trees. We enjoyed their large pool every summer. As far as noise is concerned, sure we heard some squeaks here and there but it was manageable, nothing to pull our hair over--most of the time we didn t hear much at all. (If you are the anal type and can t stand people or a squeak, live on an island far away and maybe that will make you happy). Lastly, there is ample parking; the only problem we had with parking was during the holidays. Other than that, we loved the community and convenience in the location, we highly recommend Tysons View!
