I lived at Longwood Village my senior year at Longwood University. It's an awesome living space for students, very well priced for what you get and utilities are fair. The only thing i had a problem with was the electricity spiking way over our monthly allowance one month because of a clogged AC unit...but they took care of it right away and the pricing was resolved. The rooms are nice and spacious and each one has it's own bathroom, so it was nice with 3 girls in one apartment. The maintence was outstanding, 90% of the time they were out the very same day to fix whatever was wrong, and if not then...the next day. Always found a parking spot close to my apartment...the guest parking is in the back and not very well lit, but it can be overlooked. The pool is great in the summertime, the clubhouse had just added a tanning bed and fitness center when i graduated. A bit noisy on the weekends, but as with any college-based apartments...that's what is expected! The staff is friendly and always greet you by name. i'd recommend this place for any student living in the area =)
