I thought Poplar Forest was a nice place to live... however, we had MAJOR problems with our apartment... our patio kept flooding and was continually covered in mud. I lived there for a little over a year and nothing was ever done to resolve the problem. My fiance even slipped on the mud and fell through the patio door--still no resolution! Other than the staff not being on top of that and the horrible landscaping that was never done either... its a good place to live.
