Landscaping has never been done, I have lived in my apartment since 02 and they still have not planted grass, I guess they are planning on letting the weeds take over. I have waited six months for repair to some water damage to be completed, because of the apartment above me. The complex has recently let in a bunch of college students that hang off of balconies drunk and throw their cigarettes butts everywhere too.
