Since first leasing of one bedroom apartments in August 2008, and two bedroom apartments in October 2008, to current day January 2009, Parc Crest Apartments has had 28 weekends of Fevers Club loud music Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9pm to 3am.
The senior community has had 12 weeks of "Daddy's Day Care", shared 2 weeks of school winter break with the young, first school holiday 2009(King Birthday), and first snow school closing 2009 Parc Crest was haven for the young. Even with ads of "Groceries for 1 Month", Refer a Friend, Flat Screen TV, Move in Special, there are still 55 and Better apartment vacancies. Leasing Parc Crest Apartments at Poplar Forest, I assumed I was moving into a senior community where children were welcome to visit but not stay. You know what happens when you ASSUME. You are probably one of the folks that don't abide by the rules and regulations. So of course it would be just right for you. Senior means senior and not kids. Kids visit, but not 24/7. Do you ever read about real senior communities? Kids mostly visit on weekends not every day. Babysitting in a senior community should be NO. I am from out of the state and was looking at this site, because I am moving to Farmville to teach. But you bet your buttons, it won't be at Poplar Forest and if I were 55 and older, it would not be this place called Parc Crest. Good luck with your babysitting in an senior community. Who is running this place? Daddy Day Care I presume. Good luck on your your kiddie pool.

I was also told that Parc Crest is now housing a drug addict and a dying alcoholic that will be moving in. Thank God they have left Park View Projects here in Farville. Let Parc Crest Apts for 55 and better get all the trash. I understand they are all going over to the Senior Community. Thank God I am not a Senior and would have to move there. I know for sure the drug addict has a lot of young company and he is an older drug addict man. He had a lot of company when he lived in Park View. Now maybe our neigborhood will be better with all the trash going there to Parc Crest. Don't management check out these folks first or are they just ditzy and desperate.
