My husband and I down sized from a house. This is our first renting experience in many, many years. We were so surprised Poplar Forest is so quiet and peaceful. The children that live here are polite and respect all tenants in the complex. We have only been here 3 months but any maintenance request we had were promptly dealt with. Our apartment was clean, the appliances were clean and the rugs shampooed. Both Jodie & Jessica make you feel welcome and valued as tenants. We have newsletters every month, we've had a pool party, hot dogs on the grill night and we're looking forward to the ice cream social by the pool. I can't think of enough good things to say about living here. Come check us out.
