I lived there for my senior year b/c I only had one semester and overall sunchase was great. The worst part was the location though because it's on the outskirts of town by 460, though not as far away as Longwood Village. Generally it was quiet most nights during the week and really noisy on the weekends with a lot of partying, but it's college so what do u expect' It is probably the nicest, cleanest place in Farmville. If you've put your time in living in party houses and frat houses like I did, Sunchase is like a vacation right before you graduate.
