I lived in Sunchase from Aug 2003 to May 2005 when I graduated from Longwood University. While we had issues with our neighbors above us threatening us, the staff dealt with the issue is a professional manner and they only remained in that apartment for 1 year. It was college, so there were parties, mostly on the weekends, although you could hear some people being roudy during the week. Overall I loved living there and had very few problems. It helps that the management is top notch and dealt with all our issues in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend living here if you go to Longwood and would like to be living off campus.
