I'm a happy renter I have lived in Canterbury Square for over a year. The grounds are well maintained as are the apartments. Maintenance problems are taken care of immediately. But the best thing that can be said for Canterbury Square is the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff.

I disagree with other ratings I have been living here for 6 years and have never encountered any of the issues listed. The Management Company takes care of the property and responds at every request. They have recently re-done the fitness center, I love it! They also have added a upgraded picnic

You get what you pay for. I am a current tenant of this apartment complex. The only reason I am living here is because my husband is deployed and I cannot live on base. While it is cheap and affordable, you get what you pay for. The parking is awful if you live in the back building as I do.

Very nice and affordable! I moved in about a month ago. I relocated from Norfolk,VA. I did a lot of research on the apartment communities in this area. This one is by far in the top ten in the area. It's right across from the street from the base on route #1. Right down the street(2 miles)

Pros: Canterbury Square is definitely one of the cheaper apartment complexes in the area. A two-bedroom apartment will run you about $1000. You won t find a closer apartment to post unless
