O*N*L*Y come to Forest Pine Apartments IF you like the following:

1.) Shoddy apartments chock full of antiquated, sub-par appliances.

2.) Property Managers that don't seem to know how to do their jobs (i.e. sticking up for the tenants, taking charge of problems, properly managing the inexperienced maintenance people, hiring the right personel to keep this place looking better than the projects that they've become....etc)

3.) Abbott and Costello maintenance men. These guys are nice enough but bandaid nearly everything they get their hands on...IF they come at all.

4.) B*U*G*S galore...moving wallpaper...micro-pets...2 inch crumb catchers...you get the idea.

5.) $30.00-35.00 Y*E*A*R*L*Y rent increases...for real!

6.) Unexplainably high electric bills.

7.) N*A*S*T*Y, F*U*N*K*Y trash recepticles.

8.) Poor Parking

9.) Nasty, old carpeting

10.) N*A*S*T*Y laundry room...if you like bugs, spider webs, OLD washers-n-dryers then come on in.

11.) Lies, laziness and just flat-out unprofessionalism...in A*L*L areas.

If you can find somewhere else to live than do so. If you HAVE to move here, maybe the newer section (Phase 5), might be a bit better but from what I've heard and seen...I doubt it.

T*R*U*E!! Nasty, nasty place for real. I heard that they go through property managers like a b-ball player goes through socks. Stay away...far away...unless you like tenement living that is!
