Look, don't be fooled by the low rental prices...they go up by $30.00 or more every year. Don't be fooled by how nice the apartments look...nice on the outside & REAL nasty on the inside. These apartments come with perks...upon moving in you are suddenly flooded with roaches of ALL types, you are treated to FREE, old, broken down appliances, you'll get all the lame excuses you want when you ask why your maintenance needs are going unmet. Pay attention folks, I used to live at Forest Pine and these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU...only your name on the lease so they can get their money. There's a revolving door where the property managers are concerned. In short, THIS PLACE SUCKS!! Go find a MUCH better property elsewhere...Forest Pine IS a great place to live...if you have a strong desire to live in the projects.
