Since Forest pine had thier new people in there office, this people are not helpful, and not accomodating. they always have an attitude as far as questions and inquiries are concerned.
One of the things that I really don't understand is when we tried to move to another unit, there's a transfer fee of $250. What is transfer fee for' They are not helping us to move anyway.
I really would not recommend this apartment, as far as service is concerned. The kitachen appliance is old same as the apartment itself. Not to mentioned that they would raise your rental for $25 everytime you renewed your lease. Place is not worth to stay with.
The owner needs to train his staff if he wants tenants to stay. This is the main reason why people are keep on moving out from this apartments.
