I have lived here for several years, and I have noticed there have been increasing problems with loud and rowdy children/teens and some vandalism with cars. Management has been working to resolve this and keeps the tenants up to date with notices. There are still some lamps that are out around the grounds and in the breezeways though. (These are obviously not evident during office hours since they are light sensitive.)

I wish that the smaller apartments were a little more affordable for the size of the space. Under 600 square feet seems to not warrent the almost $800 cost since many of the people with the small one bedroom apartments do not have the space to get a roommate.

Repairs have almost always been done the same day I requested them with no problem. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Overall, a nice place to visit friends and live.
