I recently moved to the area and was seeking an apartment. I visited several apartments in the local Fredericksburg area and the staff at Breezewood were not very friendly at all. I felt very rushed and no one wanted to show me an apartment. I was prepared to lease immediately if I found what I was looking for. I ended up going to another apartment community and leased there instead.

You are so right. I lived there for one year and just loved it. I moved because I needed to be closer to work. But the management staff is top notch, very nice community. Nice apartments, well kept. No complaints from me at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Alright, so you have a problem with the staff and you lease elsewhere. That doesn't mean you need to rate All the categories at a 1. Sure maybe you think that the office staff was terrible, but you never lived there so how can you rate the noise a 1? Or the safety? What were you there for? 1 day? I suppose you rated maintenance a 1 also because you had to call them to fix something? Oh and I suppose you put some real wear-and-tear on the construction to rate it a 1 also? If you're pissed at the office staff then you did the right thing by leasing elsewhere but you could at least take the time to fill out an honest helpful review instead of writing a terrible (not to mention short) review and slaughter every category of criteria.

he is right the staff is not friendly and they are not helpful and i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Niamh doesn't work at Breezewood, because this person has written also under a different apartment complex and has replied in the same manner elsewhere. I would please ask that such a well written and justified reply not be attacked out of ignorance. I appreciate someone with Niamh's viewpoint because it gives us an educated and unbiased opinion.
