WHILE I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SOME TIME NOW, IT WAS A WHOLE LOT BETTER, I DONT KNOW IF ITS JUST ME BUT EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE OFFICE I GET A VERY COLD SHOULDER, MAINTENANCEE IS OKAY COULD BE A LIITLE BETTER.

I find this hard to beleive because everytime i have been in the office i have been treated as if i was family. The girls in the office have always been very friendly and courteous towards me and my family. My children go to the office just to get cookies and they treat them very nice as well.

I find this hard to believe. I've always found their staff to be top notch, professional and friendly. I've never had a problem with them. Maybe you just got one of them on a bad day? All I know is the time I lived there I had no complaints whatsoever.

Outstanding. You lack the details of telling How, Why or When this "cold shoulder" was given or what was done to you for you to feel this way. I have to disagree and state that I've found the staff helpful and caring and have never had any past problems. Also consider not typing in CAPS-LOCK and adding something like, you know, and actual review to your post. (just a hint.)
