I'VE LIVED IN BREEZEWOOD FOR 2 YEARS NOW...EVERY TIME MY LEASE IS UP FOR RENEWAL, MY RENT IS BOOSTED UP ABOUT $70! THE GROUNDS STAY PRETTY CLEAN AND THERE IS NOT TOO MUCH NOISE. THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE CAN AND HAS BEEN RUDE A FEW TIMES. BE PREPARED TO HAVE ATLEAST TWO INSPECTIONS IN YOUR APARTMENT A MONTH. IF MAINTENANCE DOES COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT THEY DO NOT LEAVE A NOTE SAYING THEY CAME BY. CANT WAIT UNTIL IM A HOMEOWNER!

I've also lived in Breezewood about 2 years now, and I've 1 inspection every 6 months. though I have noticed that when they come they really only just make sure everything's working and replace your heater filter. Also, I've gotten a flyer a week in advanced stating what days they come and what times. They've also knocked and asked to come in first, and in one case I was busy doing something and they agreed to come back later; So I'm not sure what you're on about. Also with the last lease we signed our rent dropped 250 dollars. So where have you been? If you're going to write a review please state dates and actual events instead of a poorly written all CAPS-LOCKED flurry of bad grammar and statements that you can't back up with facts or proof.
