I enjoyed going into the office until Jessica got promoted. The office atmosphere is not the same anymore. Jessica always looks like she is suffering from a bad hang over. I always see her at Hard Times and other bars in the area. Ive even noticed that she went to my neighbors house late at night after the bar scene. (Is that even allowed') But anyway, I like my apartment but my building is turning into a college dorm. I see people hanging out at night on the weekends and the walls are paper thin. Where are the people who used to work in the office' It was better when they were here to keep policies in tact! Also, the community parties have gone down hill!! Maybe if you get rid of Jessica and get the old people back (or some good new management) the property will begin to get better!

As the Regional Property Manager, I would like to add that what Jessica does in her own time is none of my business. She has proven herself a qualified and professional asset to the office over the past two years she has been employed by me. Jessica is the acting Property Manager until further notice; However, I am in the office several times per week and have yet to see the deterioration or issues you have described. I am also living on site part time and have not witnessed any of the "dorm" atmosphere you have expressed. I am sorry you feel the way you do, and would be more than happy to address your concerns in person the next time I am in the office. I am typically there the second half of the week and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you if this is a relevant property conern and not just a retalitory ex-employee or a person whom has a personal adgenda with Jessica. I heard that this was just a website where people could express how they felt about their apartment, the complex, office workers and maintenance workers. I did not know it went to the headquarters offices. I am not interested with meeting with anyone. I just wanted to express that the friendliness in the office is lacking when I go in there. I also gave my reason of why I think that.
