after doing a bit of moving I've finally settled in this area and have lived here for two years.
As in regards to parking, I've almost consistently been able to park right in front of my building insuring a quick and easy walk home (I live on the lower level).
The only time I had a bit of a problem was on Thanksgiving. There is a visitor parking area so that resident spots don't get taken, but I'm not sure that all tenants know or respect those rules and TOWING HAS BEEN ENFORCED. So I see no issues here.
As for noise, the people in the apartment above me have twins about 10 years old. The mother has been around a few times to apologize for their noise and to be honest I've never heard them yet! the neighbor next to us plays music loud enough for me to, quietly, hear it outside but after I shut my front door I don't hear a thing at all. It's very comforting.
In respect of the grounds I've got no complaints.
The plants are well cared for and the garbage dumpsters have white plank gates around them so they're not "out in the open" and I appreciate that. I've seen the grounds keepers come through my patio several times with a leaf blower to help keep my outside area clean and that impresses me also.
I feel very safe. If I need to be out after dark I stick by the white fences they have around the apartments sidewalks, they're a bright white that can be seen even at night, and all of the street signs are a safety yellow.
The hallways between apartments are very well lit and the railings are sturdy, I never worry about slipping.
I love the layout of my apartment, it's sleek and functional with plenty of room.
We have the smaller 2 bedroom apartment set.
In the second bedroom we have a couch, 2 full sized computer desks, an entertainment center and a tv/game stand set and theres still enough room to sprawl in the middle of the floor.
The master bedroom is larger with an attached bathroom and a full wall of closet/storage space.
I've only had to call maintance once for a minor leak, and the problem was fixed in about 20 minutes and I've yet to make a second call :)
I find the staff to be fully capable and welcoming.
Theres a mini kitchen area in case there may be a wait for whatever you needed to come in for, and to be honest, when my little brother comes to visit we stop bye just to say Hi and grab a cookie.
I've never had any problems with my lease or rent that they haven't been able to promptly fix.
Overall I enjoy living here and will continue to for a very long while.

i agree 100% with your review. i lived at breezewood for a year and just loved it, no real complaints. was totally comfortable there, all my needs were taken care of from the day i moved in till the day i moved out. good parking, everything close by, nice apts. i loved living at breezewood just a wee bit too far from my job was the only reason i moved out.
