Very poor quality and too noisy

My family and I have lived in Breezewood Apartments for a year. Since we moved in, we have had three families move in/out in the apartment above us. These apartments are of VERY poor quality and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the unit above you. If you like privacy or peace and quiet, do not move here. Also, our washer, dryer and refrigerator broke in the 12 months we have been here and have all had to be replaced. It has taken them almost 2 weeks to replace the washer and dryer and the refrigerator still has issues.
I have no complaints about the staff but they aren't the people I have to deal with constantly. It is the loud neighbors and broken appliances. I can't wait to move in 3 weeks when our lease is up!!!
