I have lived here for almost 2 years..that seems to be about the maximum time that renters can stand here. I am a one of the police officers that another reviewer wrote about, and I too plan on leaving soon! The management are rude, show a do not care (except for the money) attitude, and have a downright nasty attitude when the residents ask for something. When I first moved here in 2004 it was decent with decent management, now it is quickly becoming "the barrio" and the property has really gone downhill. I see several areas of concern, especially for single ladies, things that I used to flag when doing site security surveys for communities! Would NOT RECCOMEND!
