This has been my first solo apartment experience and it's been good!! Compared to most other apartment communities in Fredericksburg, Crestview has it all! Reasonable rent, close to EVERYTHING, and safe. The maintenance staff are excellent and the ladies in the office have been nothing but nice and professional with me. I never had any serious issues with any of the neighbors. On occasion the upstairs neighbors sounded as though they were going to fall through the ceiling, but other than that, no problems. There was also one occasion when some bad a$$ kids in the complex came over to MY building and completely shut off the power supply. The issue was handled PROMTLY and EFFECTIVELY by management and no "electrical" problems have occured since then. I cant say enough about the maintenance staff. Any time I had any concerns, they were addressed immediately and fixed right the first time!! The maintenance supervisor, Randy, is a great guy!! I hope they're paying him well because he deserves it!! Out of all the reviews I've read thus far, the maintenance staff is spoken of very highly!
