Seriously.. Where do I start'

#1. All the locals with dogs never pick up their dog $hit. Not only that, but they seem to prefer letting the dogs $hit right in front of my balcony (if you can even call it that) I have had to leave messages several times about the dogs, but no answer or solution. It is sickening. I couldn't use the grassy area even if I wanted to because there is $hit everywhere.

#2. I'm guessing about 90% of the people here are Latinos. The ones who try to stare you down like some kind of gang member. You know the kind that dont have 10 cents, but have spinners on their car and bran new gleaming white, but untied shoes. You know, the look of a real winner. Most of their cars are all beat up and leave oil puddles everywhere. You know what I mean' They got the Mexican flag on their truck or on their license plate holder. You know the type don't you' Come here if you want to see that every day. There's a good chance that some of these people are illegal too. These are the type of people that do not care if they destroy their place of residence and make it look like ----. It makes them feel right at home.

#3. There is a serious mold problem around the windows and other places. They made us sign some contract about the mold. What a joke.

#4. The closest place to pick up a six pack is the 7-11 across the street. But I wouldn't go there unless you want some crack from the 10-15 colored fellas loitering out front. Definitely don't let your girl go there alone.

#5. Another small American community in the process of becoming a ghetto. I'm moving to a house in the country ASAP! I could continue, but you get the point.
