Great Place for an Affordable Price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved here on Jan 07. At that time Parking was what I would call their main Issue, but not anymore, thanks to the new managment. I recieved my apartment in spotless conditions, never had any bugs and/or mold problems. The maintenance is just fine, I had it when I asked for it and even before I was told I would have it done and you see the maintenance guys working all day long. I wish they would have a better quality of carpet and offer a free cleaning every 6 or 4 months; You can get a free carpet cleaning when you renew your lease. People at the leasing office were friendly and helpful. I think the place has been safe enough, there are about 4 or 5 State Polices living in different buildings. The pool area is very clean, there is no lifeguard but pool isn't deep. They should have more rules around the pool area, since people gets a little "nasty", jumping in wearing street clothes and even sandals or flip flops. Great Place Overall!
