It seems that the office employees bend over backwards to get you in here. But I would not recommend it, not because of the noise, the dog crap, the cig butts, or the crime......(These things can happen anywhere-Besides your own house of course). I have lived in apartment complexes all over the east coast for the past 10 years. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a staff that takes forever to fix things in aparments; I have called the office for information I.E. ( How does late fees work if partial rent is paid on time) and I have been told one thing and 10 days later I have been told another and also that I should have gotten it in writing( When I tought I wen to the source-The Rental Office)NO one is on the same page in the rental office. The problem I have is when I am busting my ass to pay my rent every month for an apartment that was leased to me I feel that they should be busting there ass to make sure things are fixed in a timely manner...I have been told my rugs would get cleaned for 4 months straight and when I last inquired I was told they dont do it any more....If I were leasing a car and a main component broke wouldn't they put me in a loaner immediately and fix the problem'...I sometimes feel like I live in Subsidized Housing...Anotherwords" I need them more then they need me"....and that is the attitude they will give you when you bring it to there attention that they have reniged on there promises. This complex is 2 and 3 bedrooms only and we have recently recived letters from the rental office saing kids cant play outside unless at the small ass park ..... you cant even ride a bike in this so called park with no swings. This is one thing that doesnt make any sense to me .......I would think that they would accomdate us tenants a little better than that...We are the ones who pay there salaries....Oh and dont try to complain to anyone over the property managers head I believe they are all in cohoots(However you spell it) If you care about the money that comes out of your pocket every month for your living expenses Ex:Rent.......Dont move here!
