I just turned in my keys today and had such a pleasent experience here that I wanted to say a little something to people who are looking to move. I hope this helps:

I enjoyed living here and would like to say thank you to the staff and maintenence for everyhting they have done. I know that we have had are differences, but over all, I was pleased with how the office presented themselves and worked with me the best that they could. The property is beautiful, they have a pool and playground. The playground needs some work, but I know that the last time I had talked to them, that was one of the first things on their list to get done. If you have children, there are plenty...but it's not so many that you could not enjoy peace and quiet. 8 times out of 10, whenever I put in a work order or needed something from the office, it was fixed. I also understand that the staff is human, so as long as you put in a follow up call, it is taken care of. I do want to say one thing that did it for me...I had called the office to complain about a neighbor, she kept putting her cigarettes on my patio and wouldn't stop. So one of the office staff members actually stopped what she was doing and walked down there with me and talked to the woman face-to-face and the problem stopped. I have never known anyone to stop what they are doing just to fix a complaint and then she made a follow up call a week later to see if it had stopped. Keep up the good work!
