How Ironic that all of these negative reviews that are calling the staff such names are coming from old staff members that weren't doing their job in the first place and got fired are actually using this site to be vindictive instead of using this site to rate the PROPERTY itself. If it wasn't for the property manager and the staff that property woulldn't be what it is today. Since Mary has taken over ERNA has become the #1 property in fredericksburg. It is the only property to collect all of their rent(closing with 0% deliquent) every month and still manage to be above 97% occupied. How impressive is that. Everyone should be focused on how the property itself is running instead of the staff's personal life. How pathetic you must be to have nothing else better to do but trash people on line. As for you thinking that upper management should get a new staff to replace them, its not going to happen. Who do you think put that staff there. Lets use our heads people. If Mary and her staff weren't doing a wonderful job then I seriously doubt that they would've been working there for 2 1/2 years.
To all the people that think this site is strictly confidential, guess what it's not and we do know who you are. You better be very causious in what you write.

the better half of me would like to assume that this post came from management themselves. WOW. nothing like threatening your residents for their opinions. way to make them feel "at home". everybody should be focused on how well the property is doing? good for them they have maintained occupancy at 97%. good for them they have all of their rent collected. by the way, I WORK IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. your residents could care less about your occupancy and how much rent is collected. they are there to RENT their home. and it is your job to keep them happy. yes, i know it is impossible to keep every resident happy, or accomodate their every need. however, to whomever posted "IRONIC", it's very ironic that you think the residents should compliment the community on the staff's fiduciary skills rather than their people skills. it also seems pretty ironic that all of the rent is collected on time? with these many negative posts, you would think at least one person would put their rent in escrow. or just skip. take care of your residents! then worry about the numbers.
