I have lived in ERN for over a while. I really like the way the complex it kept. However I do have complaints. Maintenance for one. If something is damaged, the wait alone causes grief. Calling, leaving message after message, complaint after complaint until it comes to a point were whoever can outlast the wait wins. It is very unfortunate that it takes so much out of a person just to be able get something repaired. The sad thing is if the roles were reversed and they had to go through all of that to get their rent you would get a bright colored eviction letter. Secondly, the thought of them selling a 2 and 3 bedroom apartment and not really wanting children to be on the grounds is kind of ridiculous. The key issue is a small but very disturbing issue. I forgot that I was supposed to have a key to the pool/weight room it's been so long. How long can the staff be on back order' What has to be done to get caught up'
