Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Management has been rude, disrespectful, dishonest and difficult at times. It is a miracle that we, unlike our neighbors across the street, do not have rats with the major garbage problem we have. Sometimes, I feel as if I speak out againt management, I, like others before me, will be penalized. I don't hate it, but it is definitely overrated.
