I read your review and all I have to say is ...wow. I am a resident here, I just moved in about one week ago and I have to say that the experiecnce that I had with the staff of England Run North was more than pleasant. They were a very warm group of girls who bend over backward to accomidate the stipulations that future residents require. Not only that, but they take the time to walk you through every page of your lease and explain to you what you are signing so that you don't enter a contract with them blindfolded.

I think that what made my expreience with the staff at England Run so pleasant as well was not only their positive attitudes- but mine as well. The girls in the office are more than capable of handling their jobs, they have hundreds, literally hundreds, of people in and out of that office everyday. The deserve a little patience and understanding on our behalf helps to make the move in process much smoother. There is no sense in getting riled up about the small stuff. Anyway, kudos to you girls in the office!! You guys are the best!! By the way Im loving my walk in closet!!
